Job summary

Securitas, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Flex Security Officer to provide security at multiple client sites across the Chicagoland area. The role involves patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe environment.

The position offers a wage of $19.50 per hour with weekly pay and a flexible schedule across various shifts. CPR/AED/First Aid certification is provided, and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and clear driving record required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• At least 1 year prior security experience required.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification needed (provided).
• Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
