Securitas USA is seeking a Flex Officer for full-time placement in Eau Claire, WI. The role focuses on maintaining a safe environment, monitoring premises, and enforcing client site directives.

The schedule includes night and evening shifts with access control, patrols, and prompt reporting of incidents. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, be comfortable with technology, and able to work independently while staying calm under pressure during emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Must remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises and enforce site rules and directives.
• Perform access control and patrol multiple client locations.
• Report safety issues and suspicious activities promptly.
• Complete post orders and assigned rounds.
• Provide information and assistance to employees and visitors, using security tech during shift.
• Conduct property tours as needed.

Flex Officer - Full Time

Primary Location: Eau Claire WI

Wage: $21.50/HR

Available Shifts

• 0000 - 0800
• 1600 - 2400

The Flex Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client's employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Safe driving certification.
