Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred; certifications or vocational training may be preferred.
• 1 year of relevant experience required; 2–4 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Routinely patrol all areas of the medical center facility and communicate discrepancies.
• Provide directional assistance and respond quickly to emergencies.
• Engage in conflict resolution with empathy and, if needed, minimal physical intervention.
• Conduct investigations and prepare reports on significant incidents.
