• Protect outpatient locations and ensure staff, physician, patient and visitor safety.
• Lead after-action incident debriefings with clinical staff and coordinate follow-up resources.
• Patrol buildings and grounds, staff fixed posts, monitor entrances and surveillance systems.
• Prepare complete investigations and reports with actionable recommendations.
