Pre-Employment Requirement: Security Experience - +1 Years (C115)

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, visitors, and staff while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel grounds, guest areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Respond to guest concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, courteous, and problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property to help deter unauthorized entry and support a welcoming resort environment.
• Document patrol observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
