Pre-Employment Requirement: Security Experience - +1 Years (C115)

What You'll Do:

• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with hotel personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel and resort grounds, guest areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help deter security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity, property concerns, and/or maintenance issues in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Complete accurate activity logs and incident reports while maintaining a professional presence in a hospitality-focused environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
