• Monitor and control entry/exit points, verify credentials, maintain logs for visitors and contractors, and direct authorized personnel and deliveries.
• Respond calmly to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations, escalating through reporting channels.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility, shipping/receiving, parking, and perimeter to identify unusual activity.
• Complete daily activity reports, incident documentation, and access records while upholding a professional environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, drivers, visitors, and vendors at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and direct authorized personnel and delivery traffic in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established reporting channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, shipping and receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter to identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and access records while supporting a professional, customer-focused environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
