Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Control access to the automotive manufacturing location by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, issuing badges or passes, and communicating entry requirements.
• Monitor access points, gates, and vehicle traffic; inspect incoming and outgoing vehicles, materials, and shipments in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated access points, production-support areas, parking areas, and the perimeter; document observations and report unusual activity.
