Allied Universal in Whitsett, NC is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Customer Information to provide reliable, on-site security and customer service at a technology-focused business location.

This role offers fixed daytime shift Fridays 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM with additional shifts available via our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings by picking up extra shifts across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Background check required per federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology-focused business location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, building perimeters, parking areas, entrances, and other assigned locations to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization in accordance with site procedures, and assist with directing guests to appropriate areas.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and/or maintenance concerns accurately and promptly in required reports or systems.]

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Customer Information in Whitsett, NC, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $16.89 / Hour

Job Schedule: Daytime Fri 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
