Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Front Desk at Lewisville, TX. This role offers reliable fixed hours with the flexibility to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform.

Pay rate is $18.75 per hour with a Day schedule on Saturdays from 07:00 AM to 03:00 PM. The position provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and advance toward a full‑time security career.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as a condition of employment.
• Criminal histories considered in compliance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and front desk policies.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain records.
• Monitor access to the facility and deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following site procedures.
• Answer phones, provide directions, receive deliveries, and report concerns to leadership.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Front Desk Security Console in Lewisville, TX, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $18.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed‑Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures and front desk policies in a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and delivery records.
• Monitor access to the facility through established entry procedures, communicate with appropriate site contacts, and help to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following site‑specific emergency response procedures.
• Answer phones, provide directions and information, receive deliveries, and report unusual activity or security‑related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and designated site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security‑related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
