Allied Universal in Dallas, TX is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Driver Route Verification to provide reliable security services at a designated site, with flexible hours and a base schedule.

You will earn $16.00 per hour and may increase earnings by picking up additional shifts through our scheduling platform; role supports growth toward full-time hours up to 40 per week while maintaining flexibility.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• A drug screen will be conducted as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security‑related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report maintenance issues, suspicious activity, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for the location.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Driver Route Verification in Dallas, TX, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial property common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report maintenance issues, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
