Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Experienced Patrol Response in Fountain Hill, PA. This flexible, dependable option allows you to supplement income, gain hands-on experience, or work toward a full-time career with the industry leader. The position features fixed anchor shifts and the Earn More program to pick up additional shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security procedures and site-specific policies.

• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures while maintaining a professional presence.
• Complete required reports, logs, and shift communications related to security activities and incidents.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Experienced Patrol Response in Fountain Hill, PA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

candidates must meet one of the following criteria:

• Option 1: A minimum of 1 year of law enforcement experience.
• Option 2: A minimum of 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience.
• Option 3: A minimum of 3 years of general security experience (C108).

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed‑Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and documenting observations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures while maintaining a professional and respectful presence.
• Complete required reports, logs, and shift communications related to security‑related activities and incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 1+ years of law enforcement experience OR 2+ years of security supervisor/manager experience OR 3+ years of security experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
