Allied Universal’s Security Officer – Enhanced Part Time Patrol Detail in White Haven, PA offers a flexible schedule with fixed anchor shifts and opportunities to pick up extra shifts. Responsibilities include customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors, incident response, patrols of warehouses and perimeters, accessing control, and supporting daily logistics

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen will be performed where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly, documenting observations and communicating relevant details.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter.
• Monitor entry and exit points for personnel, visitors, and deliveries, verifying credentials and following post orders.
• Support daily operations at a busy logistics and distribution location by reporting hazards, policy violations, damaged property, and suspicious behavior.

Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Detail in White Haven, PA is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate

Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

Fri 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM

How This Role Works

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries, verifying credentials and following post orders for access control and visitor processing.
• Support daily operations at a busy logistics and distribution location by reporting hazards, policy violations, damaged property, and/or suspicious behavior according to site procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
