As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Entry Credential Reconciliation in Breinigsville, PA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $15.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeSat06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204):

  • Employees must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets for daily tasks, including but not limited to email communication, document management, and software applications relevant to their roles.
  • Training will be provided for specific software and tools used within the company.

• Customer Service Experience (B219):

  • Candidates must possess prior customer service experience, which is essential for effective communication and interaction with clients and colleagues.
  • Employees are expected to maintain a professional demeanor in all email communications, reflecting the company's commitment to excellent customer service.

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel at a food and beverage production location by carrying out site-specific procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain visitor logs, and direct authorized individuals to appropriate areas.
• Help protect restricted production, storage, loading, and administrative areas by controlling access and reporting unauthorized entry attempts or unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific emergency response procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, and loading zones; document observations and report security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• At this site, there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
