Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 21 years of age; high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors and employees at the site according to security procedures.
• Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify access authorization, and maintain logs.
• Monitor entry activity, answer calls, and relay information to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and according to emergency procedures.
• Assist with access control and deter unauthorized entry by observing reception areas.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Guest Reception in Winston Salem, NC, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Mon: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or customers at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify access authorization, and maintain visitor logs in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor entry activity, receive and route calls, and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Assist with access control and help to deter unauthorized entry by observing the lobby and reception area and reporting unusual activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
