Job summary

All Jobs bv is seeking a hospitality-focused Security Officer/EMT in Lincolnshire, IL to maintain a safe environment for residents, visitors, staff and property. The role combines security duties with emergency medical services as needed during the shift.

The position is full-time, non-exempt, on 2nd shift (2:45 PM - 10:45 PM) with a 37.5 hour workweek and weekend/holiday availability. A shift differential of $0.25 per hour is provided plus a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active EMT license in Illinois is required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous security experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled patrols to maintain a secure environment for residents and property.
• Respond promptly to fire alarms and emergency calls.
• Complete daily rounds and incident reports.
• Document incidents such as accidents, thefts, and violations of rules.
• Maintain a professional and calm presence in all situations.

We are seeking a hospitality-focused Security Officer/EMT to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, staff, and community property. This includes, but is not limited to, providing security and medical services and resident support as needed while ensuring safety protocols are followed throughout the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled internal and external to maintain a secure environment for residents and community property.
• Conduct continuous patrols of property and facilities.
• Respond promptly to fire alarms and emergency calls.
• Complete daily rounds and incident reports.
• Document incidents including accidents, theft, fires, serious mechanical malfunctions, emergency responses, and violations of rules and regulations.
• Maintain a professional and calm presence during all situations.

We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active EMT license in the state of Illinois required. Previous security experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems. Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
