Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, alarms, and other critical situations in a calm, professional manner per site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report unusual activity to site contacts and leadership.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $17.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 12:00 AM - 09:00 AM
• Fri: 01:00 AM - 09:00 AM
• Sat: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Sun: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, alarms, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unusual activity or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
