Allied Universal, Lehi, UT, is seeking a Security Officer for walkthroughs to protect client sites across manufacturing and industrial environments. You will patrol, monitor access points, verify credentials, and respond to incidents while delivering professional, courteous service.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors by following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, and surrounding perimeter.
• Verify credentials, direct visitors, and document activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner and file reports.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized activity and escalate concerns.

As a Security Officer Security Walkthroughs in Lehi, UT, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, support badge-related processes, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter, reporting unusual conditions or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, directing authorized visitors, and documenting visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and completing required reports.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence, observing conditions throughout the location, and escalating concerns according to established procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
