Qualifications

• Minimum one year of security-related experience.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as required by policy.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Monitor access points and verify credentials according to site policy.
• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors and guests.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of areas and perimeters to deter incidents.
• Document visitor, contractor and delivery activity and report security concerns.
• Complete accurate reports and incident documentation for leadership.
