What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific, security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor entry, and maintain accurate visitor and access records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Communicate professionally with employees, tenants, visitors, contractors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding access-control matters and site-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
