Job summary

Allied Universal in Naperville, IL is seeking a Security Officer Driver Credential Verification. You will provide exceptional guest service, conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to deter security incidents at a hotel and resort setting.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years security experience and a valid driver’s license; access control and badge experience are preferred, as is CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest service to guests, visitors, and staff while following procedures.
• Respond to incidents and maintain calm, professional problem solving.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of hotel and resort facilities and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and report issues to appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents and patrols according to procedures.
