Job summary

Allied Universal’s Seattle location is seeking a Security Officer Driver Dispatch to support healthcare site operations. You will provide customer service to clients, coordinate dispatch communications, and respond to incidents while ensuring site procedures are followed. A valid driver’s license is required and a background check will be conducted.

Position is full-time with a pay rate of $22.80 per hour. You will work Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and be part of a team

• Background check and drug screen are required by policy.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

As a Dispatch Officer in a healthcare location, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, and support timely responses to security-related needs. You will help maintain awareness of site operations, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly with team members and visitors. Pay Rate: $22.80 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Tue 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a healthcare diagnostic location.
• Monitor and coordinate dispatch communications for security-related officers, requests for assistance, alarms, incidents, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating information to appropriate site contacts and emergency services as needed.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, activity reports, and communications documentation in accordance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas around the facility and perimeter, reporting unusual conditions and helping to deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
