Job Description

As a Security Officer Dispatch Driver Resource Allocation in Greenville, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Healthcare Dispatch Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, and support timely responses to security-related needs across a healthcare location. You will help maintain a welcoming environment, provide exceptional customer service, and collaborate with onsite teams with integrity and care. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in the job state.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $21.21 / Hour

Job Schedule:

This is a full-time position. You can expect to work a minimum of 30 hours per week. The schedule for this position has not been assigned yet. If you are selected to move forward, your schedule will be determined as you progress through the hiring, onboarding, and training process. Your manager will work with you to assign a schedule based on business needs before your start date.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, healthcare location policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.


• Monitor incoming calls, alarms, and communications systems; dispatch security-related personnel and coordinate responses to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations.


• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and activity reports; communicate timely information to supervisors, hospital personnel, and emergency responders as needed.


• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for medical facilities.


• Monitor hospital grounds and perimeter activity through available communications and surveillance systems, reporting unusual conditions and helping to deter unauthorized access.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.


• CPR certification is preferred.


• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
