Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorized access, and maintain visitor, contractor, and vehicle records.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations following established procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Support the flow of deliveries and personnel while communicating concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
