Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Driver Checkpoint Operations in Georgetown, DE. You will serve and safeguard clients across industries, including food/beverage, while using strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors and employees while enforcing site access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and maintain visitor records.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms following security procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Support orderly deliveries and communications with site leadership.
