Qualifications

• 6+ months of security experience required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license in the job location state.
• Be at least 18 (unarmed) / 21+ (armed) years old where applicable.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors at a production location per site policies.
• Monitor entry points, verify IDs, issue visitor credentials, and log access activity.
• Control access for deliveries and contractors, directing to check-in areas.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate to site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and parking areas to deter unauthorized activity.
