About the Hotel

The DoubleTree by Hilton Cedar Rapids Convention Complex is a stylish downtown hotel connected to the Alliant Energy Powerhouse Arena and Convention Center, just two blocks from Cedar River. We are seeking motivated individuals with a passion for service and attention to detail to join our Security and Loss Prevention team.

Position Details

This position is from 3 pm to 11:30 pm. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour, with Paid Time Off (PTO) and Team Member and Family Travel Program Benefits. Apply now — it only takes a few minutes on your phone!

Responsibilities

• Patrol the interior and perimeter of the hotel and property to identify potential safety and security risks, and undesirable conditions.
• Respond to emergencies such as safety hazards, fires, medical incidents, and threats to life or property.
• Conduct preliminary investigations into incidents as needed.
• Write accurate reports and documentation.
• Assist guests with inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
