Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, invites you to join as Security Officer Dispatch Operations Driver in Newark, DE. You will serve clients at a financial institution, coordinating communications, monitoring alarms, and supporting timely responses.

The role is full-time, pays $20.00 per hour, with a Mon-Sun 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM schedule, and offers smart tools access, career growth opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security experience or a college degree.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Alarm panel and access control experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements depend on state and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors while following site policies.
• Monitor alarm systems, cameras, access controls, and dispatch calls.
• Document incidents and dispatch activity in logs and reporting systems.
• Respond calmly to incidents, coordinating with onsite personnel and responders.
• Conduct regular patrols and report security concerns.
