Job summary

Allied Universal, Newark, DE, is seeking a Security Officer Dispatch Communications Driver to serve clients across industries, including financial institutions. You will coordinate communications, monitor alarms and incidents, and dispatch security personnel, delivering exceptional customer service with integrity.

This full-time role includes daytime and evening shifts, a $20.00/hour pay rate, and opportunities for growth within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor dispatch communications, alarms, cameras, and/or incoming calls; document and relay information to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Coordinate the dispatch of security-related personnel in response to incidents, service requests, alarms, and critical situations while remaining calm and problem-solving focused.

What You'll Do

Minimum Requirements

• Possess 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
