Allied Universal in Newark, DE is seeking a Security Officer Dispatch Communications Driver to protect clients in a financial institution. You will coordinate communications, monitor alarms and cameras, and dispatch security personnel while delivering exceptional customer service.

This full-time role offers a $20.00/hour pay rate with Daytime shifts Mon–Sun, providing growth opportunities within a trusted security culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security experience or a college degree.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age; valid driver's license required for driving positions.
• Background check and drug screen as part of employment.
• Licensing as required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution following site procedures.
• Monitor dispatch communications, alarms, cameras, and calls; relay information promptly.
• Coordinate dispatch of security personnel to incidents and service requests.
• Maintain logs and incident reports per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols and report unusual conditions to deter unauthorized activity.
