Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish speaking, reading and writing required.
• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor and coordinate incoming calls, alarms, radio communications, and dispatch requests with clear professional communication.
• Document incidents, service requests, visitor concerns, and other dispatch activity in logs and reports.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate according to site procedures.
• Monitor access points, cameras, and security systems and coordinate patrols around the premises.

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Fri: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sat: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sun: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a financial institution by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and coordinate incoming calls, alarms, radio communications, and dispatch requests; maintain clear and professional communication with security‑related personnel, building staff, and emergency responders.
• Document incidents, service requests, visitor concerns, and other dispatch activity accurately in required logs and reports.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating matters according to site‑specific procedures.
• Monitor access points, cameras, and other security‑related systems as assigned, and coordinate regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Must have at least one year of security‑related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
