Qualifications

• 2+ years of security-related experience required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Experience with alarm panels preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, patients, and delivery personnel by following site procedures and access protocols.
• Monitor calls, alarms, and communications; dispatch security personnel and coordinate responses to incidents and service requests.
• Maintain dispatch logs, incident records, and shift communications with relevant details.
• Monitor cameras and access control systems; report unusual activity and policy violations.
• Coordinate with site contacts, first responders, and Allied Universal leadership during routine and emergency activities.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to healthcare location staff, visitors, patients, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor incoming calls, alarms, and communications; dispatch security-related personnel and coordinate responses to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and shift communications, documenting relevant details and escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Monitor cameras, access control systems, and other security-related technology, reporting unusual activity, equipment concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Support healthcare operations by communicating with site contacts, first responders, and Allied Universal leadership during routine activities and emergency situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
