Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, patients, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, dispatch protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor incoming calls, alarms, radio traffic, and electronic communications; prioritize requests and dispatch appropriate personnel in accordance with established procedures.
• Document incidents, service requests, and critical communications accurately and promptly, maintaining detailed logs and escalating concerns to site leadership as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating communication with on-site personnel and emergency responders when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the healthcare location and perimeter as assigned, reporting observed hazards, access concerns, and unusual activity.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
