Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors and staff by following site procedures and safety policies.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, tenant concerns and access issues.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking areas and common spaces.
• Monitor entry points and visitor activity; assist as needed.
• Document incidents and patrols accurately for supervision and site records.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Dayside Residential in Stamford, CT, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location, maintaining a visible presence that helps deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine rounds, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or property concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, providing directions and assistance as needed.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
