Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management staff by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and randomized unarmed patrols of commercial property common areas, parking facilities, building entrances, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, contractor, and delivery activity per policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document activities for leadership and site contacts.
• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports and communicate information to Allied Universal leadership.

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management personnel by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property common areas, parking facilities, building entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with property policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
