Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, following visitor management and access-control procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, ATM locations, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation in accordance with site-specific requirements and Allied Universal procedures.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
