Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Site Support in Fremont, CA to protect clients across various industries. You will monitor patrols, control access, and respond to security concerns while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check in line with laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and report per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of automotive manufacturing, warehouse, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, contractors, visitors, and deliveries.
• Document incidents and patrols accurately and communicate with Allied Universal leadership.
