Job summary

Allied Universal in Fremont, CA is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Credential Support to protect client sites and manage access controls. You will patrol, respond to incidents, document activities, and provide outstanding customer service at an automotive location.

Qualifications

At least one year of security-related experience is required.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, parking areas, entry points, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements.
Prepare accurate reports of incidents, observations, and security-related concerns, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
