Job summary

Allied Universal, Cleveland, OH, is hiring a Security Officer Customer Service Patrol to safeguard clients while delivering exceptional service. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you’ll monitor, deter unauthorized activity, and greet employees and visitors. Shifts run daytime, with a structured schedule.

You will handle incidents calmly, document activities, and follow established procedures, contributing to a safe, welcoming environment across the site.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check per laws.
• Drug screen per law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local law.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or customers at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and vendor activity in accordance with site policies and financial institution procedures.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
