Job Description

Allied Universal is seeking Security Officers in Wilton, CT for a corporate campus setting. Starting pay is $18.00/hr. Positions are available for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, both day and evening shifts. We offer paid orientation, paid training, DailyPay, and opportunities for growth and advancement. As a Security Guard, you will serve and safeguard clients across various industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by implementing safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency responses when needed.
• Respond calmly and effectively to incidents and critical situations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises, with environments varying by client site.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Subject to background checks in accordance with laws; qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered.
• Must pass a drug screening, where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and may be required before employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
