3rd Shift College Campus Security Officer (QC SO)

Per Mar Security Services is seeking Security Officers to join our expanding team!

Position Details

We are hiring a Full-Time Campus Security Officer for St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa.

Requirements:

• Must be able to walk long distances and be outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 1 accident in the last 3 years.
• Must submit to pre-employment drug screening and a state background check, free of disqualifying criminal offenses.

Work Schedule and Compensation

40 hours per week at $17.85/hr.

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, with Sunday and Monday off.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor campus to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
• Examine doors, windows, and gates for proper function and security
• Warn violators of campus policies, rules, and regulations
• Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
• Report facility issues
• Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations
• Additional duties as assigned
