Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution by following site procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials as required.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility, surrounding property, and perimeter.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain logs for incidents and shift operations.
