Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company in North America, is hiring a Security Officer for a financial institution in New York, NY. You will monitor, patrol, and provide exceptional customer service while upholding site procedures and safety standards.

This full-time role requires a minimum of security experience, valid licenses where required, and the ability to pass background/drug screens.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• State/county/city security license preferred.
• Be 18+ (unarmed) / 21+ (armed).
• Background check required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution by following security procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor credentials.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and document observations.
• Conduct regular patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
• Prepare clear incident reports for leadership and clients.
