Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer at a bank headquarters in New York, NY. You will monitor, deter incidents, assist employees and visitors with professional service, and maintain a visible security presence.

Responsibilities include patrolling interior and exterior areas, monitoring access points, and following site-specific procedures. A NYS Security Guard License and at least 1 year of security experience are required; CPR/First Aid preferred.

Qualifications

• New York State Security Guard License is required.
• Minimum one year of security-related experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide security and customer service at a financial institution.
• Respond calmly to incidents and report through established procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of interior and exterior areas, including perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site protocols.
• Complete incident reports and shift logs accurately and on time.
