Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at a healthcare front desk by greeting visitors, assisting with check-in procedures, and directing guests to appropriate locations.
• Monitor facility access, verify visitor credentials, issue passes, and maintain visitor records per site policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Support security procedures by observing lobby activity, reporting unusual conditions, and deterring unauthorized access.
• Communicate professionally with employees, patients, visitors, and emergency responders per site protocols.

Pay Rate: $22.96 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service at a healthcare front desk by greeting visitors, assisting with check-in procedures, and directing guests to appropriate locations.
• Monitor access to the facility, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate visitor records in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Support security-related procedures by observing lobby activity, reporting unusual conditions, and helping to deter unauthorized access.
• Communicate professionally with employees, patients, visitors, and emergency responders while following site-specific protocols and emergency response activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
