Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by federal, state and local laws.
• Background screening and drug test may be required.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, employees, and vendors at a healthcare facility by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Staff the front desk or reception area, greet and direct visitors, verify access credentials, and maintain visitor records.
• Monitor entry activity, answer calls, and communicate routine information and security concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly following established procedures.
• Deter unauthorized access by observing activity and reporting suspicious behavior and maintenance concerns.

Pay Rate: $17.01 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Tue: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, employees, and vendors at a healthcare facility by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Staff the front desk or reception area, greet and direct visitors, verify access credentials, and maintain visitor records in accordance with site requirements.
• Monitor entry activity, answer incoming calls, and communicate routine information, access concerns, and security-related issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Help to deter unauthorized access by observing front desk activity and reporting suspicious behavior, policy violations, and maintenance concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
