Job Description

As a Security Officer - Clinic Patrol in Raleigh, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more.

As an unarmed patrol officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to situations as needed, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Details

• Type: Full Time
• Pay Rate: $20.06 / Hour
• Schedule: Mon 05:00 AM - 01:00 PM, Tue 05:45 AM - 02:00 PM, Fri 01:45 PM - 10:00 PM, Sun 05:45 AM - 02:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist staff, visitors, and patients with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a visible presence.
• Support emergency response activities according to established protocols for healthcare locations.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A valid guard card or security license is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background investigation required.
• Allied Universal considers qualified applications with criminal histories in accordance with laws.
• Drug screening required.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving roles.
