Responsibilities

1. Act as a crime deterrent while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
2. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
3. Notify supervisors and on-site staff of any irregularities, suspicious activities, security breaches, and safety hazards.
4. Conduct standardized reports that are prompt, professional, and accurate relative to the incident.
5. Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area.
6. Embodies and promotes company values while operating as a highly visible deterrent on site.
7. Perform various job-related assignments.
8. Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.

Qualifications

• Must meet city/state requirements and/or certifications to perform guard duties.
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills.
• Tech-savvy with experience in surveillance systems.
• Proven experience as a security officer or guard.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation required; a valid driver's license may be necessary based on post requirements.

Compensation: USD $17.00 / Hr.
