Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out site-specific procedures, access control requirements, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points; verify credentials, visitor registrations, and contractor authorization; and maintain accurate entry and exit records in accordance with location procedures.
• Operate access control systems, issue and recover visitor badges and credentials, and report access concerns or equipment issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, access-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the commercial property, including business areas, common spaces, parking areas, and perimeter, to help identify and report unusual activity or facility concerns.

• Mon: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sat: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
• Sun: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
