Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa is seeking a Security Officer to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff. The role involves patrolling hotel and casino areas, guiding guests, and reporting suspicious activity to ensure property safety and smooth operations.
Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of guest service experience, with strong English communication skills. Overnight shifts and on-site work at the Tampa property are required.

The Security Officer promotes a positive attitude and proper customer relations by extending courteous service to all patrons and employees. Observes and obeys all street, lot and garage traffic regulations. Drives company vehicles in designated routes only. Directs vehicular traffic in self parking garage, employee parking areas, surface parking lots and throughout the property. Ensures safety and security of vehicles in lots and garages by reporting all suspicious behavior to a Security Supervisor whether these acts were from an employee or a patron. Always keeps alert for unauthorized attempts to remove vehicles. Promotes an outgoing, friendly customer oriented personality at all times. Provides basic security coverage ensuring that adequate protection is provided for the safety and assets of patrons, employees and the company. Ensures that proper security is provided for all transfers of monies within the casino and hotel areas of the complex. Responds to incidents, accidents and calls for assistance. Must provide emergency medical care to the highest degree necessary within allowable limits for the certification held.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required and a minimum of one (1) year of guest service experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
